Appearance: Intense straw yellow color with green reflections. Clean, bright and very well presented.

In the glass: Of medium intensity, with a marked varietal character. It highlights the notes of white pome fruit (apple and pear) well combined with herbaceous and balsamic notes (fennel, hay and aniseed.), mineral finish, which gives it finesse and elegance.

In the mouth: Fresh mouthfeel, rich in nuances. Good expression of Verdejo that lasts until the end. Structured with a pleasant acidity. Aniseed and mineral retronasal.
